Wine Arabella, Pink Panacea, 2021

Pinotage – a native variety for South Africa, from which it is made as a simple table wine and concentrated wines with premium. Vineyards company Arabella planted on the ground that existed millions of years ago the ancient large lake. The soil layers can be detected lime sludge, which for a long time turned into a hard surface, so the local land considered suitable only for grazing animals. However, with the advent of powerful machines that can loosen the soil to a depth of 1.5 meters, the situation has changed. Currently, the vineyards thrive and produce wonderful crops for the production of bright wines, such as Arabella, Pinotage, 2014, which in 2015 won the gold medal at the competition “Ultra Value Awar” in South Africa.
