Wine Anselmi, “San Vincenzo” IGT, 2021

Wine “San Vincenzo”, 2013 is made from grapes grown on the hills of Monteforte, in the heart of the classic Soave zone. The total area of vineyards – 54 hectares. Soil – mixed type, mainly consisting of volcanic tuff and limestone. Yields vines – low. The berries are harvested by hand in late September-early October. After complete destemming and cold maceration is carried out pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16 C. Then the wine is kept in the first six months in stainless steel containers at low temperature with daily batonnazhem, and then – in bottles for 3 months. Total production: 460,000 bottles. Storage capacity of wine is 5 years.
